This Refund Policy applies to Premium subscriptions to Pourdots, provided by MetaGrid (“we”).
1. Purchases in the app (App Store, Google Play)
Subscriptions bought in the app are billed and refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies, and we cannot issue those refunds ourselves. You can request a refund for App Store purchases at reportaproblem.apple.com and for Google Play purchases from your Google Play order history.
2. Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any right of withdrawal or refund you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
